Find your order again
Use the right shop, account or secure guest link.

Before you begin
Keep the shop address and order number. A payment reference may be a different number.
Open Orders at the same shop
Go to Orders on the shop where you purchased. Sign in with the account used for that purchase.
Use guest access if you checked out as a guest
Use the secure order/payment link you saved. The original browser session may also show a guest payment under Orders. If offered on the payment page, email yourself the order-access link.
Open the order details
Select the order number. Check items, delivery address, payment and shipment progress. Keep secure access links private.
What you should see
You can see the correct order and its latest details.
If something is not right
Order not found
Check the shop address and account. A guest link can expire or become unavailable. Contact support with the shop and order number if you cannot regain access.
